Why hello there stranger, I'm Gabrielle.



My age doesn't matter, I'm as young or old as you think I am.
I'm a little out there :]
I'm half french half german, and speak both fluently.
I speak english somewhat well and am also currently learning spanish and japanese, but i suck at both.
I was born in Germany but have been living in France for 10 years now.
I currently attend 11th grade of highschool and plan to study medicine and become a psychiatrist after graduating, possibly to specialize in the treatment of eating disordered individuals.
...or serial killers.











D E T A I L S

Since i'm also a little egocentrical [...well ok, very], I like to pseudo-analyze myself on teh interwebz when I'm bored. which is all the time, but whatever. [this shit is old though]
However, the fact that I'm sometimes arrogant and self-centered doesn't mean that i actually possess even an ounce of self-confidence.
I'm probably the most insecure person you'll ever meet.
...oh wait, scratch that, i forgot 'tis LJ.

I'm shy, anxious, reserved; I don't talk much, because I get too nervous around people.
I'm not outgoing, and probably not fun to hang around with - I don't have many friends to hang around with anyway.
I'm terribly lazy & passive, I have problems just going out and doing things - instead, I wait in front of my screen and go mouldy. I procrastinate all the time.

I'm becoming quite anthropophobic & antisocial too, because most people make me angry quickly.
I get pissed off & annoyed easily, so expect a lot of ranting.
Be warned, I could bitch at you for no apparent reason, can't help it; I'm not a cunt, I just lack patience.

I'm also a tad sarcastic, and my humour is sometimes cruel.
I don't mean to hurt anyone's feelings [...most of the time, at least], I just don't think enough before I speak and I'm not socially skilled. Never heard of tact, etc.
Also, I try too hard to be funny, which doesn't work...at all.
Just try to ignore my awful attempts at being witty or humorous, k?

I'm not stupid but...let's say my intelligence shows rarely.
Basically, I'm a childish dork, and blonde on top of that. I'm terribly slow, so if i don't laugh at your jokes, it's not that you're not funny [well, it could be that, too], it's just that i need some time to figure them out.

I consider myself pansexual, even though I think I lack the experience to know for sure. All I know is that I've always been mostly attracted to androgynous individuals [as in, I had a crush on Ville Valo when i was 8 - at that point, he wore way too much glitter eyeshadow. also LOL @ me loving this song.], which makes it kinda hard to label me, but maybe it's better that way because labels are for losers, right? ...wait, i am one. oops.
If you're homophobic, I'll probably tell you to go and hang yourself. I have no tolerance for intolerant people. :p Joking aside, closed-mindedness pisses me off in general.

I'm an 'artist' - I draw, but don't have a scanner. boo. However, I'm very frustrated at my sucky drawings atm because I can't seem to put my ideas on paper the way I'd want to.
I'm also a camwhore, but i don't have a camera. boo².

Just like any other teenager, I have ~*~**issues**~*~ [no, not solely acne], including disordered eating, depression and a poor body image. [also, my beauty ideal is kinda fucked up and has 16" thighs. mmmm curveless straight limbs~]
I also like to think of myself as original, when really, I'm not. But then again, nobody really is, right?
Since this is my online journal, you now know what to expect: the ramblings of a dumb whiny emokid.
I'm just as ridiculous as most other people my age, the only difference is that I'm conscious of it and don't take myself as seriously as not being able to laugh about it ;]

I'm a lolita. If this makes you think I like to sleep with old men then please do me a favour and a) gtfo or b) educate yourself by checking the lolita_handbook.
Lolita fashion has an important place in my life & takes up a lot of my thoughts, thus also taking up a lot of space on my LJ :p
